This study presented melanin indices of the sample group, consuming 250 mg of L- Glutathione twice a day (500 mg per day) for 4 weeks and consuming placebo. The sample group included 60 people, divided to 18 males and 42 females, aged between 19 – 22 years old. Sun-protected areas included upper, inner arms, left and right. The results found that melanin indices of the six areas of gluthathione group were decreased (1).

This graph presented the relationship of moisture content of collagen. The samples were 37 years old people consuming 2.5, 5 and 10 gram of collagen for 4 weeks. The samples did not know the amount of collagen. The research found that the amount of moisture content after consuming collage was higher (Matsumoto, H.,2006).
