Moreover, it helps to reduce the risk of the osteoporosis disease by increasing the absorption of calcium and magnesium and reduce the risk of atherosclerosis disease by inhibiting the synthetic of triglyceride and free fatty acid. (2)
Collagen Tripeptide has low weight and small molecule. The body can absorb easily which is benefit for anti-wrinkle and increases the density of collagen fiber under skin. It also helps to increase the synthetic of Hyaluronic acid and protect UVA radiation damage (S. Sibilla., 2015).
Goji berries are good source of vitamin and minerals and full of antioxidants. These berries contain 19 types of essential amino acids and abundance of vitamin B1, B2, B6 and C. The highest vitamin C is camuberry and goji berry, respectively. It also has vitamin E and essential minerals needed for the body such as iron, zinc, calcium, silinate, phosphoras and germaniam (4).
Raspberry powder Raspberry powder is full of vitamin A and C, and has antioxidant called tannins, helping decelerate cell degeneration (5).
Pomegranate extract consists of polyphenol compound that is an antioxidant. It also has vitamin A, C, and E that reduce risk of cancer and has anti-aging property. (2)
Strawberry is high vitamin C, 40 – 70% and has antioxidant helping decelerate cell degeneration and repairs destroyed cell within the body (7).
Pine bark extract is rich in oligomericproanthocyanidins (OPCs). It has antioxidant (Polyphenol type) reducing damage of collagen fiber and elastin from collagenase and elastatse. Is also decrease the risk for cancer (16).
Acerola cherry powder has high level antioxidants. Vitamins and essential minerals are found in acerola cherries. The vitamin and minerals in acerola cherry help boosting skin’s health and protect other age-related disease (9).

Bilberry Bilberry contains flavonoid compound that reinforces the process of collagen building, and it improves eyesight by enhancing an efficiency of blood circulation. Other good benefits of bilberry includes moisturizing, anti-wrinkle, antioxidant, cell transformation stimulator, skin brightening, anti-inflammatory and eyesight nourishment(12).
Blackberry extract Blackberry has a lot of benefits. It contains phenolic acids, vitamin C and high phorate supporting and reviving collagen building process. Blackberry has salicylate, reducing the risk for diseases, such as colorectal cancer and heart disease (13).
L- Glutathione is antioxidant including 3 types of amino acids; glutamate, cysteine and glycine. They helps retard the process of building eumelanin, cause of dulled skin (14).
Coenzyme Q10 exhibits antioxidant properties and prevents cell degeneration. It protects the skin from the sunburn and rejuvenates skin by stimulating skin cell activity. It also stimulates collagen production (15).
Konjac glucomannan is a type of soluble fiber. It is one of the most viscous dietary fiber because of its water-absorbing ability. It has beneficial effects on glucose levels by reducing glycemic index of food, which increases the effective of excretion. Moreover, it has a prebiotic property, which is fermented by Bifidobacteria and produced short chain fatty acids (SCFAs) that helps to reduce cholesterol level, reduce the risk of cancer, and increase the absorption of calcium and magnesium (17).

They are good efficiency of antioxidants, and they has been proven to be 20 times stronger than vitamin E and 50 times stronger than vitamin C. Grape seed’s benefits include lowering high blood pressure, increasing good cholesterol (HDL), anti-fungal and anti-viral, avoiding the risk for cancer and and reducing skin aging (8).
