Why do we have to drink Fiberlax - S ? It improves intestinal health and reduces a risk of bowel cancer. It is good for people who don’t like to eat vegetables and help control weight, blood sugar level and fat.

Dosage: Mix 1 sachet (15 g) with 100 - 120 ml of lukewarm water and drink it.
1 - 2 sachets are recommended. Drink it before or after meal and followed by 1 - 2 glasses of water.



Active Ingredients

Psyllium Husk powder Psyllium husk powder mostly contains soluble fiber. Soluble is indigestible by human body but it has good benefit for microbe within colon. Microorganisms in human gut can ferment this fibers resulting in Short-Chain Fatty Acids (SCFAs). SCFAs inhibits cholesterol synthesis in the liver thus may lower blood cholesterol. Moreover, it can form gel in water which give sponge effects to detoxify our digestive tract, soften stool and reduce constipation (1)

Fructooligosaccharides Fructooligosaccharides are natural dietary fiber with prebiotic property thus improve Bifidobacteria survival in human gut. Bifidobacteria in colon helps to increase the performance of excretion and relieve constipation. Moreover, it helps to reduce the risk of the osteoporosis disease by increasing the absorption of calcium and magnesium and reduce the risk of atherosclerosis disease by inhibiting the synthesis of triglyceride and fatty acid(2)
